Holli's Story 

In August 1997, our first child was born we had a beautiful little boy we named Ethan John. He was a very happy baby and toddler. Ethan was very excited when his little sister Holli Mae arrived in April 2000. Holli was also a very contented baby and grew into a beautiful caring little toddler.Ethan and Holli became very close friends. Holli had a love for painting and art, she was always sharing around her masterpieces to her grandparents and aunts and uncles.

Then the excitement of their new baby brother Braith William was born in October 2002. Now Holli had her own real life baby to mother over which she thoroughly enjoyed.Late October 2003 Holli had a Cyanotic episode where she collapsed. We were referred to specialists in Sydney at Westmead Children’s Hospital who diagnosed Holli with a rare lung disease, Primary Pulmonary Hypertension. We spent a lot of the next few month’s trialing new medications. We found all the staff at Westmead to be very caring and supportive during this difficult time. Holli made lots of new friends during her stay. Holli’s pressures increased in February when her little body lost the fight.

We lost our little girl on the 6th February 2004. We know Holli is watching over all her family and friends and we hold the fond memories of our beautiful little girl very close to our hearts.
